Shipping & returns

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States and Canada. Most ready-to-ship paintings are processed in 1 to 2 business days and ship by UPS Ground. Giclée prints and other printed gift items are fulfilled by an outside vendor and typically ship to your address within 10 business days. Custom pieces typically ship in 4 to 5 weeks. Every painting is fully insured while it is in transit.

Rebecca does not currently ship to international destinations outside Canada. Fort Wayne-area buyers may ask about local pickup or personal delivery before purchasing.

Returns

Rebecca includes you throughout the creation process and welcomes your feedback or requested changes at any point before delivery. You will have opportunities to see the work as it takes shape, so the finished piece feels right before it leaves the studio.

Original Ready-to-Ship items may be returned up to 30 days after delivery. Refunds are issued after the artwork is returned without damage. Custom artwork is not returnable.
